DESCRIPTION:<p><strong>On Thursday 17th September Spodni Pradlo will play
  their final gig at the <a href="http://www.1in12.com">1in12 Club</a>\, 
 Bradford.</strong></p>\n<p><strong>Spodni Pradlo</strong> are a 7/8 piec
 e band who enjoy dancing\, four part harmonies\, a bit of escape\, Balka
 n scales and afro-beats and tend to have a lot of fun laying live! they 
 have shared a stage with Lightspeed Champion\, Yeasayer\, Make Model\, I
 da Maria\, Cadence Weapon\, Duels\, Slow Club\, Semifinalists\, Wild Bea
 sts\, The Sugars\, Blue roses\, naked dancing hippies\, huge grotesque p
 aintings of mythical creatures\, anarchist flags\, Patrick Dowson and ma
 ny other wonderful things.&nbsp\; After their successful times together 
 (including a trip to XL records recording studio\, woo!) they are unfort
 unately having to put performing together on hiatus as different members
  of the band move on. Guaranteed to have a party atmosphere and some dan
 ce-along-to-able saxophone/clarinet tunes.</p>\n<p><em>Plus...</em><stro
 ng>Biscuithead and the Biscuit Badgers</strong> will be supporting as we
 ll as <strong>Pat Dowson</strong> his usual witty commentary\, it's all 
 going to be one big barrell of laughs!</p>\n<p>The gig will be a fundrai
 ser for the <a href="http://www.thecommonplace.org.uk/">Commonplace</a> 
 Social Centre in Leeds in a step we hope will pave the way for an enthus
 ed social centres network in the local area.</p>\n<p>The Cafe on the top
  floor will be open from 7pm for hot food and cake (all vegan) hosted by
  <a href="http://www.treehousecafe.org">Treehouse Cafe</a>. The bands wi
 ll be performing on the gig floor where there is an bar\, music will sta
